Description

The KANDLA GREY sandstone pool coping brings a mineral and timeless character to the pool surroundings with its natural grey shades. Solid, thick, and with rough edges, it offers an authentic look particularly suited to outdoor arrangements with character. Robust and resistant to frost, humidity, and climatic variations, it is perfectly suited for outdoor use.

👉 Important before ordering: this coping is one of the rawest and most natural products in our range. The stone is naturally split and then hand-worked, without sawing or calibration. It is precisely this artisanal work that gives it its massive and authentic appearance, similar to ancient sandstones and historic landscaping.

The indicated dimensions and thicknesses are indicative measurements. For an announced thickness of 7 to 9 cm, the crafting aims to be as close as possible to this range, but the natural character of the stone and manual work can occasionally lead to additional variations of 1 to 2 cm, more or less, also possible on other dimensions.

⚠️ These variations are part of the natural and artisanal character of the product and do not necessarily concern the entire order. If you are looking for pool coping with very regular dimensions and thicknesses, we recommend opting for our sawn and calibrated models.

COLOR: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each piece displays marked color variations, with the possibility of multiple shades within the same batch. This aspect makes the final result both unique and unpredictable. These natural differences enhance the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only ordering in a larger quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

IRREGULAR TEXTURE (4/4)

The texture differences between pieces are pronounced. Depending on the product type, some surfaces may be smoother while others have a more pronounced relief. This effect creates an authentic and natural look. For harmonious visual balance, it is essential to distribute the elements well during installation, without prior sorting, to preserve the desired effect. Wide joints, greater than 1 cm, are necessary to compensate for irregularities and ensure stability.

Each element is shaped from naturally split and hand-cut stone. Significant differences in dimensions and thickness are deliberate and contribute to the raw and authentic appearance of the product.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
