What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.

The KANDLA GREY stone-effect porcelain stoneware combines the natural charm of stone with the robustness and durability of porcelain stoneware. With its greyish shades and textured relief, it faithfully reproduces the authentic appearance of raw stone, bringing a mineral and contemporary atmosphere to all your outdoor spaces. Its R-11 non-slip surface ensures safety and comfort even on wet ground, while the rectified edges allow for a clean and regular installation.
