What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

Kandla Grey sandstone is a natural stone, highly prized for its raw appearance and light grey to bluish-grey hues. Its natural finish and textured surface give it excellent anti-slip properties, ideal for terraces, pathways, or pool surrounds. Robust, easy to maintain, and frost-resistant, this paving is suitable for all outdoor environments.
