What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

The LIMA BEIGE solid limestone pool coping appeals with its light, warm tone and its natural look, which brings elegance and authenticity to the pool surround. This natural stone blends harmoniously into all types of outdoor designs, from contemporary pools to more traditional ponds.
Its surface shows light beige, cream and slightly golden nuances, with natural variations that make each piece unique. The hand-split edges reveal a rawer, mineral-grey stone core, creating a subtle contrast between the light top and the sides. This finish gives the whole coping an authentic, natural character.
Thanks to its solid, one-piece design, the LIMA BEIGE coping offers excellent sturdiness and good resistance to outdoor stresses. It is a durable solution for an elegant and hard-wearing finish around your pool, while showcasing the natural look of limestone.
👉 Good to know before ordering: this coping is one of the rawest and most natural products in our range. The stone is split naturally and then shaped by hand, without sawing or calibration. It is precisely this craftsmanship that gives it its solid, authentic look, close to old sandstones and historic landscaping.
The dimensions and thicknesses given are indicative. For a stated thickness of 10 cm, the shaping aims to stay as close as possible to this range, but the natural character of the stone and the manual work may, occasionally, result in additional deviations of around 1 cm, more or less, which are also possible on the other dimensions.
⚠️ These variations are part of the natural, handcrafted character of the product and do not necessarily affect the entire order. If you are looking for pool coping with very regular dimensions and thicknesses, we recommend our sawn and calibrated models.
