Description

Galician slate is a natural black slate, renowned for its density, durability, and understated aesthetics. Initially used for roofing due to its extreme weather resistance, it has now become a staple in contemporary outdoor and landscape designs.

Its sawn edges and very flat cleavage provide a regular surface and stable installation, while retaining the mineral and raw character of the stone. Unlike other more split or irregular slates, it allows for comfortable circulation, even barefoot, without the risk of tripping or demanding maintenance.

Everyone is free to arrange it in a straight line or in a staggered pattern, according to the desired rhythm and the terrain. Its rectangular format offers great freedom of implementation, both as a main path and as a decorative secondary path.

COLOR: MARKED VARIATION (3/4)

The blend of shades is more pronounced, with significant contrasts between pieces. Installation must be planned to harmoniously distribute variations and achieve a balanced look. We recommend 10 to 15% extra material to select certain shades.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

Perceptible reliefs between elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious result, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal fitting.

SIZE: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each element is unique, with significant differences in size and thickness. This material is ideal for an authentic and traditional look. Installation with wide joints is recommended to compensate for the differences.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
