Galician SLATE stepping stones

Galician slate is a natural black slate, renowned for its density, durability, and understated aesthetics. Initially used for roofing due to its extreme weather resistance, it has now become a staple in contemporary outdoor and landscape designs.

Its sawn edges and very flat cleavage provide a regular surface and stable installation, while retaining the mineral and raw character of the stone. Unlike other more split or irregular slates, it allows for comfortable circulation, even barefoot, without the risk of tripping or demanding maintenance.
