The carrier contacts you

Before delivery, the carrier will contact you to agree on a delivery day. So you know in advance when your order will arrive.

Your order is delivered to your home

Lighter orders are sent as parcels. Larger orders are delivered on a pallet and unloaded at ground level in an area accessible to the carrier.

For pallet deliveries, you take it from there

Once the pallet has been unloaded, moving the products to your project area or final location is your responsibility.

The IDEAL concrete-effect stepping stone in porcelain stoneware provides a practical and contemporary solution for landscaping your outdoor spaces. Its mineral appearance reproduces the natural look of concrete while offering the technical performance of porcelain stoneware.

Its R-11 non-slip surface is particularly suitable for outdoor areas, especially for creating pathways in a garden, around a terrace, or a swimming pool. The available formats allow for creating a regular or more free-flowing path depending on the desired layout.

With its rectified edges, the IDEAL stepping stone offers clean and precise lines. Its full-body coloring also contributes to good resistance and durable surface integrity.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
