COLOR: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each piece shows significant color variations, with the possibility of multiple shades within the same batch. This aspect makes the final result both unique and unpredictable. These natural differences enhance the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only ordering in a larger quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

PRONOUNCED TEXTURE (3/4)

The perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal fit.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between the elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which gives an artisanal and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
