Description
Description
D4 Rapid bonding primer – Smooth and non-absorbent surfaces
D4 Rapid is a primer that allows adhesive to bond to smooth or sealed surfaces, where an adhesive alone would not adhere well.
👉 This is the typical product for tiling over existing tiles.
To be used on:
All smooth, hard, or slightly absorbent surfaces, for example:
- old tiles
- pre-laid natural stone
- terrazzo
- smooth concrete
- asphalt screed
- well-bonded vinyl, PVC, linoleum tiles
- old adhesive residues
- stable wooden substrates (panels, sanded parquet)
Why use it?
✔ Allows adhesive to bond to a smooth surface
✔ Creates a rough surface after drying
✔ Prevents detachment
✔ Ideal for renovation
