What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

Self-leveling screed, for interior and exterior, up to 30 mm thick
- For interior and exterior use.
- For creating level substrates in layer thicknesses of 5 to 40 mm for the installation of all types of floor coverings.
- For leveling unevenness such as hollow voids and for screeding large areas with differences in level up to 3%.
- Suitable for underfloor heating and castor wheel loads.

For aesthetic reasons, an epoxy resin finish can also be applied over it.
