What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

Description
LF1 Bonding Primer – Absorbent Substrates
LF1 is a primer applied before adhesive, filler, or leveling compound.
It is used to prepare the substrate, improve adhesion, and prevent the substrate from absorbing too quickly the water from applied products.
To be used on:
- All water-absorbent substrates, for example:
- cement or plaster filler
- concrete and cellular concrete
- cement or anhydrite screeds
- plasterboard
- plaster or fiber plaster boards
- masonry in general
Why use it?
✔ Improves adhesion of adhesives and fillers
✔ Regulates substrate absorption
✔ Prevents detachment and drying defects
- Where: Indoor and outdoor
- Appearance: Blue color to easily see where the product has been applied.
