What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

The JAUNE SAVANE granite paver is an excellent alternative for your outdoor spaces if you are looking for both robustness and warmth. Its soft, slightly speckled yellow shade suits Mediterranean, rustic or contemporary atmospheres perfectly.
Thanks to its bush-hammered finish, its surface is slightly rough, offering good grip and a naturally textured look. This granite is particularly resistant to weather, frost and wear, making it an ideal choice for paths, courtyards or terraces with heavy foot traffic.
