Description

The SAVANNAH YELLOW granite paving seduces with its warm tones, oscillating between golden beige and sandy yellow, bringing a sunny touch to your exteriors. Its bush-hammered finish gives it a non-slip surface, ideal for terraces, pathways, stairs, or pool decks. Robust, dense, and naturally weather-resistant, it is built to last.

💡 Good to know: the shade of this granite naturally changes after installation.

Do not rely solely on the appearance of a new, dry sample: this granite naturally changes once installed outdoors. Its bush-hammered finish, which gives it its rough and non-slip appearance, lightens the stone when new and reveals small white dots. Over time, rain and weather conditions mitigate this aspect. The stone develops a patina and gradually reveals darker and yellower nuances.

👉 Our advice: turn the sample over and wet its back. The resulting color gives a good indication of the darker and yellower tone that the granite can take on over time.

In some cases, natural oxidation may appear. This can be mitigated with the product BERO by Lithofin.

Key takeaway: a new, dry slab often appears lighter than the granite once installed, patinated, and exposed to outdoor conditions.

A more pronounced blend of shades is visible, with strong contrasts between different pieces. Installation should be planned to harmoniously distribute variations and achieve a balanced result. We recommend planning for an additional 10 to 15% of material to allow for selection of certain shades.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

The noticeable reliefs between elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces carefully during installation. These materials, often from mechanical production with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5mm and 10mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal fitting.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2mm), which gives an artisanal and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.
