What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

The SINAI PEARL limestone paver brings natural elegance to your outdoor landscaping thanks to its light, slightly beige shade and characteristic fine grain. This dense limestone stands out for its exceptional resistance to frost, wear and climatic variations.
With its aged (tumbled) finish and its straight or slightly honed edges, it blends harmoniously into projects for paths, terraces or pedestrian areas, bringing a sober and durable mineral look.

A complete module comprising all the pavers of the different formats measures 0.96 m², i.e. 13 pieces of each length.
Thus, when you order 1 m² of pavers, you receive 14 pavers of each length. We round up to the next whole unit so that you have a little more surface area than you originally ordered.
