Description

The SUPER BLACK BASALT paver stands out for its intense black colour and its raw appearance, which bring a contemporary, understated touch to all types of outdoor landscaping. Its very dense structure and high resistance to impacts, frost and wear make it a material perfectly suited to high-traffic areas.

Its natural cleft finish gives the surface a non-slip texture, ideal for terraces, courtyards, driveways or areas accessible to vehicles.

Color variation

Mineral products are classified by variations in color, texture, and size to help you better anticipate their appearance.

Learn more about variations

COLOR: PRONOUNCED VARIATION (3/4)

A more pronounced blend of shades is visible, with strong contrasts between the different pieces. Installation should be anticipated to harmoniously distribute variations and achieve a balanced result. We recommend planning for 10 to 15% extra material to allow for the selection of certain shades.

PRONOUNCED TEXTURE (3/4)

Perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the cladding by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious result, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure an optimal fit.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which creates a handcrafted and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.

Laid in February for a terrace. The cobbles are heavy, very dense and don't move at all. The rough finish gives a very natural effect

The intense black colour is superb, and the cobbles are solid, no problems even with the car driving over them frequently.
