Description

The SUPER BLACK BASALT palisade is perfect for structuring gardens and landscapes with a deep, natural mineral aesthetic. Its split and hand-cut finish gives it a raw surface and irregular relief, characteristic of traditional stone work.

👉 Good to know before ordering: this is a deliberately natural and artisanal product. Each piece has its own unique reliefs, tool marks, and irregularities. The dimensions and thicknesses indicated are approximate: the crafting aims to get as close as possible, but the natural character of the stone and manual labor can occasionally lead to deviations of ± 1 to 2 cm, particularly in thickness.

⚠️ These variations are an integral part of the product's natural and traditional appearance and do not necessarily apply to the entire order. If you are looking for more regular and calibrated elements, we also offer SUPER BLACK BASALT with a flamed finish.

Noticeable differences exist between elements, either due to the natural properties of the material or due to artisanal manufacturing. The sample received may differ slightly from the final product. To ensure an installation that meets your expectations, it is advisable to order a slight surplus and to distribute the shades according to your preferences.

IRREGULAR TEXTURE (4/4)

As the chiseling and shaping are done by hand, each piece has its own impacts, reliefs, and size marks. These variations are part of the natural and traditional character of this finish.

SIZE: STRONG VARIATIONS (4/4)

Each element is hand-shaped using traditional stone working methods. Variations in dimensions and thickness may therefore appear from one piece to another and deliberately contribute to the raw and authentic look of the product.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
