It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only ordering a larger quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

For a harmonious visual balance, it is essential to distribute the elements well during installation, without prior sorting, to preserve the desired effect. For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.
