The TUFF volcanic rock block is a natural stone, originating from Italy, with warm hues, shaped by the forces of nature. Its light structure and porous texture make it a particularly popular solution for landscaping projects.

IRREGULAR TEXTURE (4/4)

The texture differences between pieces are marked. Depending on the product type, some surfaces may be smoother while others have a more pronounced relief. This effect creates an authentic and natural look. For a harmonious visual balance, it is essential to distribute the elements well during installation, without prior sorting to preserve the desired effect. Wide joints, greater than 1 cm, are necessary to compensate for irregularities and ensure stability.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
