This slate border is a solution as aesthetic as it is functional for structuring your outdoor spaces. Made from the same natural stone as our BLACK AZUL stepping stones, it offers perfect harmony with all your landscaping.

Made from highly resistant black slate, this border stands out for its raw form, its natural layered texture, and its exceptional durability. Cut in vertical palisade, it is designed to elegantly delineate a path, a flowerbed, a lawn, or a gravel area.

The BLACK SLATE AZUL Border is an ideal solution for structuring your outdoor spaces with character and durability. Composed of a quartzitic slate, it offers incomparable resistance to bad weather and climatic variations. Its natural evolution gives it over time a beautiful oxidized patina in certain areas, adding character to your spaces. This is not a defect, but a natural transformation that contributes to its aesthetic.

⚠️ : This product intentionally has only one sawn side. The other sides are left rough to maintain an authentic and natural appearance.

📌 Please note : Black Slate Azul is a natural slate that may contain ferruginous veins. Exposed to humidity and air, the stone can develop an oxidized patina over time (brown-orange hues). This phenomenon is natural, random depending on the pieces, and is part of the authentic character of the material. This is not a defect and does not alter the resistance or durability of the stone.

COLOR: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

These natural differences enhance the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only ordering in a larger quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

PRONOUNCED TEXTURE (3/4)

The perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the cladding by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces evenly during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal fit.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between the elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which creates a handcrafted and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.
