What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

PIETRA FORTÉ is a limestone in a very light off-white, with a fine grain and light speckling that gives it all its finesse. A bright, contemporary stone in today’s light tones.

Available in free lengths, 50 cm wide, PIETRA FORTÉ is laid in large pieces of varying length. This generous format, rare in natural stone, creates an elegant, calm floor, particularly suited to large rooms.
Its light shade pairs easily with wood, black metal or natural tones, in contemporary as well as more classic interiors.
