What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

The cabochon is one of the most iconic patterns of characterful French floors. Made up of beige slabs in French natural stone and cabochons in Belgian bluestone, crafted in our workshops in France, this paving combines natural stone with a timeless geometric composition. Its brushed finish and straight edges give a more regular, structured look, while retaining the authentic character of the stone.
The limestone cabochon paving with 4 cut corners combines the natural beauty of local stone with a classic, balanced pattern. Made from French limestone quarried in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, this paving is available in a 40x40 cm format for the main slabs and 12x12 cm for the cabochons, creating a graphic and harmonious floor effect.
A local stone, crafted in France
Each slab is cut and finished in our workshops in Burgundy, guaranteeing a quality product suited to renovation projects and new builds alike. Limestone stands out for its natural texture and warm nuances, adding character to the floor while keeping an understated look.
A brushed finish with regular lines
The brushed finish highlights the natural texture and nuances of the stone while offering a slightly textured surface. Combined with straight edges, it allows a layout with more regular lines and a clean composition. This paving is particularly suited to entrances, hallways, living spaces and reception areas.
