The Balkan Cream paving charms with its soft and luminous cream hue, ideal for creating a modern and high-end ambiance. Its brushed sandblasted finish provides a slightly velvety texture, pleasant to the touch and easy to maintain, perfect for refined interior spaces.

COLOR:Low variation (1/4)

The shade is generally homogeneous with slight nuances within the same batch. There may be small differences between successive productions, but they remain subtle. To ensure a beautiful harmony, we recommend mixing items from several boxes.

Slightly textured (2/4):

The surface is subtly irregular, creating a natural effect without being overly pronounced. This maintains an authentic look while facilitating installation. The edges are straight, ensuring precise alignment. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, at least 3 mm, to ensure optimal adjustment.

Slight size variations (2/4):

Subtle differences in dimensions are present, with straight and regular edges for a contemporary finish. Installation with fine joints (a minimum of 3mm) is recommended.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
