An expressive, balanced and affordable travertine

The MIX travertine tomette, in the square 20.3 x 20.3 cm format, is the best compromise for those looking for a natural stone with relief and charm, without going to excess rusticity. This traditional format of the "old tile" type reinforces the authentic, rhythmic look of floors, while making installation in regular opus patterns easier. Positioned between the Rustic Mix very raw and the Classic more homogeneous, this travertine embodies the essence of the natural, with subtle variations and a lively, perfectly balanced result.

Rich shades for a distinctive natural style

Each slab reveals a harmonious play of beiges, honey and light brown, with moderate holes (it is generally customary to fill them during installation), which preserve the authenticity of travertine while ensuring a certain visual regularity. Result: a stone with a bold character, yet one that remains versatile and easy to match.

Easy to maintain, naturally resistant

Like the other travertines in our selection, the CLASSIC MIX is low in porosity, contrary to popular belief. It absorbs very little water and is cleaned simply with mild products. An optional water-repellent treatment further strengthens its protection against stains.

The right balance of price / authenticity / visual comfort

The MIX Travertine is a safe bet. Less rustic than the Rustic, but more expressive than the Classic travertine sorted, it offers an excellent natural look/price ratio, ideal for projects that want real travertine, with no compromise on aesthetics. The square tomette format also brings a touch of traditional elegance and a unique architectural character, in old and contemporary homes alike.

COLOR: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each piece displays marked color variations, with the possibility of multiple shades within the same batch. This makes the final result both unique and unpredictable. These natural differences enhance the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only a larger order quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

The perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal fitting.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between the elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which gives an artisanal and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.

Utilisé pour une rénovation complète d’une maison ancienne et super resultat

Bon rapport esthétique/prix. Le 20x20 rappelle les carreaux anciens tout en restant adapté à une maison contemporaine.

Posé dans notre salon et cuisine ouverte. On voulait un travertin sans trop de rusticité, et c’est exactement ça. Les nuances miel et beige sont super chaleureuses.
