Description

The DORATO sandstone border brings a warm and natural look to gardens and landscaping thanks to its ochre, sand, and golden shades. Its natural cleaved finish and manual shaping give it a raw and authentic appearance, particularly suitable for paths, flowerbeds, and outdoor areas with character.

👉 Good to know before ordering: this border is one of the rawest and most natural products in our range. Each piece has its own reliefs, tooling marks, and irregularities. The dimensions and thicknesses indicated are approximate measurements: for an announced thickness of 7 to 9 cm, the shaping aims to get as close as possible to this range, but the natural character of the stone and manual work can occasionally lead to deviations of ± 1 to 2 cm, also possible on other dimensions.

⚠️ These variations are an integral part of the product's natural and artisanal appearance and do not necessarily concern the entire order. If you are looking for perfectly regular and calibrated borders, we recommend opting for a sawn or mechanically finished model.

Each piece displays marked color variations, with the possibility of multiple shades within the same batch. This characteristic makes the final result both unique and unpredictable. These natural differences enhance the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with significant color variations, only ordering a larger quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

IRREGULAR TEXTURE (4/4)

The textural differences between pieces are pronounced. Depending on the product type, some surfaces may be smoother while others have a more pronounced relief. This effect creates an authentic and natural look. For a harmonious visual balance, it is essential to distribute the elements well during installation, without prior sorting, to preserve the desired effect. Wide joints, greater than 1 cm, are necessary to compensate for irregularities and ensure stability.

Each element is crafted from naturally split and hand-cut stone. The differences in dimensions and thickness are significant and intentionally contribute to the raw and authentic appearance of the product.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
