What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

The reclaimed antique PORPHYRY cobblestone is a noble and authentic material, ideal for creating outdoor layouts steeped in history. Sourced from removal sites, these cobblestones retain the marks of time, which gives them a unique and inimitable charm.
Porphyry is a naturally very dense and resistant rock, perfectly suited for high-traffic areas. These cobblestones are perfect for driveways, courtyards, vehicular access routes, or heritage spaces.
Also available with a sawn top.

I used these cobbles for a patio. The blue-grey shade is magnificent and goes perfectly with my plants. A few cobbles are slightly irregular, but that adds to the old-world charm.
