What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

The PORPHYRY stone-effect porcelain stoneware faithfully reproduces the raw, natural appearance of porphyry stone, with its intense shades and characteristic mineral grain. Designed for outdoor use, it combines aesthetics and performance thanks to its R-11 non-slip surface and rectified edges that ensure a neat finish.
