What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.

The authenticity of a real thin rectangular terracotta cladding
This thin rectangular cladding is made of solid terracotta, using a traditional artisanal process. Each piece is carefully shaped, slowly dried, then fired at high temperature, resulting in a cladding element that is:

A material that develops a patina over time
Unlike imitation terracotta products, the color runs through the entire thickness of the cladding. Over the years, terracotta develops a natural patina that enhances the elegance and character of the walls.
