Description

French stone for interior wall cladding

Adorn your interior walls with natural French stone cladding, quarried in Burgundy-Franche-Comté. Laid in opus incertum, the stone creates a mineral decor with an authentic relief, ideal for a living room wall, a stairwell, an entrance, or an accent wall behind a stove.

Its natural nuances vary from light beige to golden, including cream tones, typical of Burgundian limestones. Each piece presents its own variations, offering a warm, lively, and timeless look.

Manufactured in our workshop in Burgundy, this cladding is a direct result of our processing expertise. This complete mastery of the production chain allows us to enhance local materials while offering an aesthetic solution at a controlled price.

Two manufacturing methods, two visual styles

The stone remains identical in quality and resistance. Only the shaping method influences the final appearance of the wall.

1. Selected large-format slabs

Elements are cut from large slabs taken from the block, then worked to obtain natural irregular shapes.

Dominant and wider pieces
Approximately 2 to 6 pieces / m²
Chipped and irregular edges
More harmonious and structured look

2. Cladding from sawing offcuts

The stones come from the repurposing of cuts made during the manufacture of other products.

COLOR: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each piece displays marked color variations, with the possibility of multiple shades within the same batch. This aspect makes the final result both unique and unpredictable. These natural differences emphasize the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only ordering a larger quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

The perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious result, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some
variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure an optimal fit.

SIZE: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each element is unique, with marked differences in size and thickness. This type of material is suitable for projects seeking an authentic and traditional effect. Installation with wider joints is recommended to compensate for discrepancies.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
