COLOR: MARKED VARIATION (3/4)

A more pronounced mix of shades is visible, with significant contrasts between different pieces. Installation should be planned in advance to harmoniously distribute variations and achieve a balanced result. We recommend ordering an additional 10 to 15% of material to allow for selection of specific shades.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

The perceptible reliefs between elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces carefully during installation. These materials, often mechanically produced with some variation, present a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal adjustment.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which gives an artisanal and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
