Description

The Luzerne Stone paving seduces with its raw appearance and high resistance. Its natural finish and sawn edges make it a material of choice for outdoor landscaping such as terraces, driveways or pool surrounds. Its nuanced grey hue, typical of Luzerne, brings a discreet and timeless elegance.

COLOR: MARKED VARIATION (3/4)

A more pronounced mix of shades is visible, with strong contrasts between different pieces. Installation should be planned to distribute variations harmoniously and achieve a balanced result. We recommend ordering 10 to 15% extra material to allow for selection of certain shades.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

Perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious appearance, it is advisable to carefully distribute the pieces during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, present a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure an optimal fit.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which gives an artisanal and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.

Home Delivery – Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica), Belgium, and Luxembourg

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

  • Less than 30 kg: €14.90 for home delivery / €9.90 for relay point delivery
  • 30 to 80 kg: €60
  • 80 to 150 kg: €80
  • 150 to 250 kg: €120
  • 250 kg to 1.5 t: €150
  • 1.5 to 3 t: €175
  • 3 to 4.5 t: €200
  • 4.5 to 6 t: €225
  • 6 to 7.5 t: €250
  • 7.5 to 9 t: €380
  • 9 to 24 t: €750
  • More than 24 t: upon quotation

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
