How does delivery work?

We automatically adapt the delivery method to the weight and volume of your order. You do not need to choose anything.

The carrier contacts you

Before delivery, the carrier will contact you to agree on a delivery day. So you know in advance when your order will arrive.

Your order is delivered to your home

Lighter orders are sent as parcels. Larger orders are delivered on a pallet and unloaded at ground level in an area accessible to the carrier.

For pallet deliveries, you take it from there

Once the pallet has been unloaded, moving the products to your project area or final location is your responsibility.

MONTENEGRO wall cladding is a natural French limestone renowned for its light to medium grey hues, offering understated and timeless elegance. Sourced from our quarries, this material combines authenticity and robustness to enhance your interior and exterior walls.

With a natural all-face finish and a sawn back, this cladding ensures easy installation and a harmonious look. Its weather resistance makes it a durable choice for all your architectural projects.

For optimal installation:

Allow 15% extra material for installation with joints
Allow 30% extra material compared to the actual surface area for dry-stacked installation without joints

COLOR: MARKED VARIATION (3/4)

The blend of shades is more pronounced, with significant contrasts between pieces. Installation should be planned to distribute variations harmoniously and achieve a balanced look. We recommend 10 to 15% extra material to select certain nuances.

IRREGULAR TEXTURE (4/4)

Differences in texture between pieces are pronounced. Depending on the product type, some surfaces may be smoother while others have a more pronounced relief. This effect creates an authentic and natural appearance. For a harmonious visual balance, it is essential to distribute the elements well during installation, without prior sorting, to preserve the desired effect. Wide joints, greater than 1 cm, are necessary to compensate for irregularities and ensure stability.

SIZE: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each element is unique, with significant differences in size and thickness. This material is ideal for an authentic and traditional look. Installation with wide joints is recommended to compensate for differences.

Returns: you have 14 days to change your mind about unused, uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Products made or cut to measure cannot be returned.

If a product is damaged or non-compliant, check the goods on receipt, record specific reservations with the carrier and contact us within 48 working hours.
