How does delivery work?

We automatically adapt the delivery method to the weight and volume of your order. You do not need to choose anything.

The carrier contacts you

Before delivery, the carrier will contact you to agree on a delivery day. So you know in advance when your order will arrive.

Your order is delivered to your home

Lighter orders are sent as parcels. Larger orders are delivered on a pallet and unloaded at ground level in an area accessible to the carrier.

For pallet deliveries, you take it from there

Once the pallet has been unloaded, moving the products to your project area or final location is your responsibility.

Description

French stone in its natural expression

Paving in natural French stone, extracted in Burgundy-Franche-Comté, laid in opus incertum for a free, authentic and timeless mineral aesthetic.
Natural shades vary from beige to gold, including cream tones, derived from different limestone rocks of the region.

This paving comes directly from our manufacturing workshop in Burgundy, where the material is processed and enhanced to offer a natural mineral solution at a controlled price.

This product is available in 2 stone production methods, which directly influences its price, as well as the appearance of the pieces and the finished floor. In both cases, it is the same stone, with the same technical qualities:

1. Selected large format slabs

The stones come from large slabs specially cut from the block, then hand-broken to obtain natural shapes.

Naturally irregular and fractured edges
Dominant large pieces (2 to 6 pieces per m²)
No straight sides
More harmonious and architectural finish

👉 The edges are raw, like naturally fractured stone.

2. Sawing offcuts

The stones come from the repurposing of manufacturing offcuts from paving sawing:

Multi-format, smaller pieces (6-12 pieces per m²)
Irregular shapes with sometimes right angles, broken or sawn edges
Some pieces may be almost rectangular
More fragmented and rustic finish

👉 This is an intelligent use of leftover material, in a rustic, lively and economical format, ideal when natural material and a controlled budget are prioritized.

🌧️ Do you live in a humid region?

Outdoors, this natural stone seduces with its authenticity and timeless charm. Its soft and warm appearance is particularly appreciated in the sunny regions of southern France, such as Provence.

For a terrace located in a region with a more humid climate, such as the Grand Est, Brittany or Île-de-France, also discover our natural stones SINAI PEARL, TRAVERTINE or NOBLE QUARTZITE. Denser and naturally less porous, they offer a very similar finish while requiring less maintenance over the years.

COLOR: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each piece shows marked color variations, with the possibility of multiple shades within the same batch. This aspect makes the final result both unique and unpredictable. These natural differences enhance the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only a larger quantity order allows for effective sorting during installation.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

The perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some
variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure an optimal fit.

SIZE: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each element is unique, with marked differences in size and thickness. This type of material is suitable for projects seeking an authentic and traditional effect. Installation with wider joints is recommended to compensate for discrepancies.
