To ensure an installation that meets your expectations, it is advisable to order a slight surplus and to distribute the shades according to your preferences.

PRONOUNCED TEXTURE (3/4)

Noticeable reliefs between elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to properly distribute the pieces during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal fitting.

SIZE: SLIGHT VARIATIONS (2/4)

Subtle differences in dimensions are present, with slightly irregular edges for a more natural look. Installation with slightly wider joints is recommended.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.
