What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

Description
Description
The Carrara white tumbled gravel is characterized by its brilliant white color, its soft texture, and its natural polished appearance, resulting from erosion. Highly sought after for creating outdoor spaces that are both high-end and bright, it brings a touch of purity and elegance.
Its natural roundness makes it particularly pleasant to the touch, making it the perfect choice for pool surrounds, contemporary gardens, decorative pathways, or even vegetated beds. It is non-sharp, does not cause injury, and maintains its stability over time.
