What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

The NOIR DES ARDENNES crushed gravel is a natural stone with an intense and contrasting black color, perfect for creating paths, courtyards, decorative areas, or for creating parking lots and stabilized surfaces.
Its deep black color offers both a modern look and guarantees excellent stability once laid. This gravel comes from a hard and frost-resistant rock, perfectly suited for outdoor use, even for light traffic.
