This natural limestone paving, extracted and shaped in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, benefits from Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status.

Valued for centuries in French architectural heritage, Bourgogne Stone seduces with its fine grain, its deep beige hue and its natural nuances that bring elegance and authenticity to outdoor spaces. Terraces, patios, courtyards or paths take on a timeless dimension thanks to this French natural stone.

Origin: Bourgogne Stone (PGI), France
Finish: Brushed sandblasted
Edges: Slightly irregular for a natural look
Dimensions: Free lengths (50 to 80 cm) x 40 cm width x 1.5 cm thickness (40 kg / m²)

Free lengths refer to slabs of the same width but varying lengths. This format creates a more natural, less repetitive laying effect, ideal for highlighting the authenticity of the stone.

Usage: terraces, patios, covered courtyards and other outdoor spaces
Surface: finish offering good walking comfort and a natural look.

Outdoors, Bourgogne Stone seduces with its authenticity and timeless charm. Its soft and warm appearance is particularly appreciated in sunny regions of Southern France, such as Provence.

For a terrace located in a region with a more humid climate, such as Grand Est, Brittany or Île-de-France, also discover our natural stones ALMENDRA and SINAI PEARL. Denser and naturally less porous, they offer a very similar look while requiring less maintenance over the years.

COLOR: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each piece shows significant color variations, with the possibility of multiple shades within the same batch. This aspect makes the final result both unique and unpredictable. These natural differences emphasize the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only ordering a larger quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

Perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, present a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal adjustment.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between the elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which gives an artisanal and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.
