We automatically adapt the delivery method to the weight and volume of your order. You do not need to choose anything.

The carrier contacts you

Before delivery, the carrier will contact you to agree on a delivery day. So you know in advance when your order will arrive.

Your order is delivered to your home

Lighter orders are sent as parcels. Larger orders are delivered on a pallet and unloaded at ground level in an area accessible to the carrier.

For pallet deliveries, you take it from there

Once the pallet has been unloaded, moving the products to your project area or final location is your responsibility.

French natural stone, crafted in our workshops in France.

BOIS DORÉ is a natural limestone with warm and luminous tones, blending beige, golden, and blonde nuances. Each slab presents natural variations in color and texture that give the paving a unique and authentic look.

A medieval finish with authentic character

The "medieval" finish is a clever blend of bush-hammering and sandblasting, carefully proportioned according to each stone. It is accompanied by hand-chiseled edges, worked to reproduce the appearance of stones used in ancient constructions:

Reliefs and irregularities that reinforce the authentic appearance of the stone

This finish gives the BOIS DORÉ the appearance of old stone while remaining suitable for current projects. It is particularly well-suited for renovations of character homes, old buildings, and designs seeking natural stone paving with a traditional look.

Natural stone paving with ancient charm

The BOIS DORÉ with medieval finish allows for the creation of floors with an ancient and vibrant look. The chiseled edges and natural variations of the stone give relief to the entire paving and evoke the spirit of traditional stone floors.

As each slab is made from a natural material, differences in shade, veining, texture, and relief may be present from one piece to another. These variations are inherent to natural stone and contribute to the unique character of the product.

COLOR: SIGNIFICANT VARIATION (3/4)

A more pronounced blend of shades is visible, with strong contrasts between different pieces. Installation should be planned to harmoniously distribute variations and achieve a balanced result. We recommend ordering 10 to 15% extra material to allow for selection of certain shades.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

Perceptible reliefs between elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal adjustment.

SIZE: SLIGHT VARIATIONS (2/4)

Subtle differences in dimensions are present, with slightly irregular edges for a more natural look. Installation with slightly wider joints is recommended.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
