How does delivery work?

We automatically adapt the delivery method to the weight and volume of your order. You do not need to choose anything.

The carrier contacts you

Before delivery, the carrier will contact you to agree on a delivery day. So you know in advance when your order will arrive.

Your order is delivered to your home

Lighter orders are sent as parcels. Larger orders are delivered on a pallet and unloaded at ground level in an area accessible to the carrier.

For pallet deliveries, you take it from there

Once the pallet has been unloaded, moving the products to your project area or final location is your responsibility.

Color variation

Minéral products are classified from 1 to 4 based on variations in color, texture, and size to help you better anticipate their appearance.

Learn more about variations

COLOR: MARKED VARIATION (3/4)

A more pronounced mix of shades is visible, with strong contrasts between different pieces. Installation should be planned to harmoniously distribute variations and achieve a balanced result. We recommend planning for 10% to 15% extra material to allow for selection of certain shades.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

Perceptible relief between elements adds character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious appearance, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, present a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure an optimal fit.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which gives an artisanal and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.
