- On a pallet or as a parcelDepending on the weight, your products are loaded and secured on a pallet, or carefully packed as a parcel.
- Wrapped and strappedPallets are stretch-wrapped and strapped to limit movement and knocks during transport.
- Checked and carefully loadedEvery order is checked by our team, then loaded onto the truck with care.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

Naturally frost-resistant and resistant to weathering, this natural stone wall coping guarantees strength and durability. Its dense structure ensures excellent long-term performance and easy maintenance, while preserving its unique stone appearance over the years.
The version with drip grooves features grooves specially designed to help rainwater drain away and effectively protect your walls from water infiltration and dirt.
The version without drip grooves offers a cleaner finish, ideal when the wall’s design already provides for water drainage.
