Brasserie Louise in Strasbourg: a marble signature by Minéral
In the heart of downtown Strasbourg, Brasserie Louise is much more than just a restaurant: it's a vibrant address with a refined and inspiring design, where interior architecture plays a central role.
For this project, Dorénavant Studio envisioned a warm and cohesive space, in line with the venue's unique and carefully crafted identity.
Marble as a link between spaces
The Calacatta Viola, a marble that is both powerful and refined, acts as the common thread throughout the space. It adorns a 17-linear-meter bar and extends to marble-effect ceramic tables, creating remarkable visual coherence.
Its deep veining, contrasting shades, and unique texture enhance the elegant and immersive atmosphere of the brasserie.
Every detail has been thought out to accompany the different moments of the day: from morning coffee to late dinner, and drinks with friends. Here, marble becomes much more than a material; it embodies a true experience.
Custom manufacturing
As with every project, Minéral applied its expertise to a custom creation, selecting a stone suited to the demands of a public establishment: durable, aesthetic, and designed for intensive use.
